Project Description
There were a number of steps in this project. Joe Rynne & his client Dave Henry were ambitious from the start with the objective of turning this small cottage on a very small site into a family home with spectacular views. Joe led the project with the idea of cantor levering the house over the water so that the house felt like it floated on the landscape and water when sitting inside.
Strong co-ordination between Joe, the Engineer and Architect brought this project through the planning process and ultimately to final completion.
